"We decided to close all educational institutions in Beirut and the surrounding areas for two days due to unfavorable weather conditions, in order to ensure the safety of students and personnel," said Abbas al-Halabi. This decision was made to prevent potential problems and ensure the safety of all participants in the educational process.
