
The President of Lebanon, nominated for the position of Prime Minister, Nabaaf Salam, presented his government's program before the parliament yesterday, where a vote of confidence in the new cabinet is supposed to take place. The 'Hezbollah' party expressed its confidence in the government and demanded the lifting of the ban on the landing of Iranian planes.
Salam named his administration 'The Government of Change and Salvation', emphasizing his readiness to ensure the protection of freedom and basic rights of Lebanese citizens. The Prime Minister promised to restore the destroyed and attract support for reconstruction with the help of a special fund. 'We strive for the obligatory full surrender of the state, which we want to create,' Salam emphasized.
