On Thursday night, the Israeli army warned residents of buildings located in two neighboring areas south of Beirut.
According to information from the Israeli army, they are carrying out rocket strikes in response to previous rocket attacks emitted from Lebanon to northern Israel. In particular, the strikes were aimed at areas where the terrorist organization Hezbollah has a presence.
"We warn the residents of southern Lebanon about the adoption of measures to prevent the use of their buildings by terrorists from Hezbollah, who have been and continue to be used as shields for their actions," reported an Israeli military source.
Hezbollah, in turn, refuted the information about its involvement in the recent rocket attacks on Israel.
