International monetary fund expressed readiness to cooperate with Lebanon, announced the fund's representative in Thursday.
"We hope that the new government in Lebanon will present an action plan aimed at carrying out necessary reforms and restoring the sustainability of the economy," she noted.
The representative also added that to support financial stability it is necessary to implement a set of measures aimed at strengthening the public finances and combating corruption.
"We are ready to discuss all the details and mutual obligations within the framework of future cooperation," she emphasized.
