FIFA President Gianni Infantino has completed the process of obtaining Lebanese citizenship during his current visit to Beirut with his family. Yesterday, Infantino held several meetings, starting at the Lebanese Ministry of Interior, where he received his Lebanese passport. "I am proud and happy to be in Beirut and at the Ministry of Interior to finally get my Lebanese passport... I love Lebanon," Infantino said in a video for the Lebanese Football Association website. Infantino (55 years old) holds dual Swiss and Italian citizenship. He is married to Lebanese Lena Ashkar, a former employee of the Lebanese Football Association, and they have four daughters.
