As a result of an Israeli airstrike in the southeast of Lebanon, near the border with Syria, three journalists were killed, the official Lebanese information agency reported. According to its data, the journalists were killed "as a result of an airstrike on their place of residence in Hasbaya," adding that "the military aviation struck at 3:30 a.m. on the Lebanon-Syria border."

One of the colleagues reported that "there was no prior warning about this airstrike and that they were in their home when the rocket hit the building, resulting in the deaths of three journalists." He also emphasized that their home was the only object subjected to aerial attack.
