Eight members of the General Security Directorate were killed in an Israeli airstrike targeting the government building in Nabatieh, southern Lebanon, according to the country's official state news agency. The agency reported: 'Enemy warplanes launched a series of intense raids on the city, one of which targeted the area of the government building.' It added that the attack resulted in the destruction of buildings. Lebanon's Ministry of Health states that since the resumption of the war between Hezbollah and Israel on March 2 of this year, at least 1,888 people, including 163 children, have been killed in the country due to Israeli airstrikes.
