The Department of Civil Defense of Livan announced that 23 bodies were discovered on Tuesday in various regions of wooded areas after being withdrawn from there by Israeli armed forces as part of an agreement on the cessation of hostilities between Israel and the 'Hezbollah' party.
One of the Department representatives reported: 'We continue the operation to search and extract the deceased as a result of the conflict.' He also added that these efforts are being conducted with the assistance of international organizations, aiming to identify the identities of the deceased.
It is noted that before the Israeli military withdrew from the region, they warned about potential hazardous objects and unexploded ordnance left after the armed confrontations.
